A lovely town.
A terrible little secret.

An anime romance. A small-town crime.
Your very questionable first week.

Familiar faces. Unfinished stories.
Something strange just beyond the light.

A pink cake box waits on a station bench as the evening train follows the coast into Rail Cove
Rail Cove. The end of the line. The start of something.

It started with
the wrong cake.

You came to Rail Cove for a fresh start. What you got was a pastry box containing the Kuroda family’s missing ledger.

Now the café owner is worried, the neighbors are being unusually helpful, and a very cheerful man would like his box back.

First, though. Would you like a coffee?

  1. Meet the neighbors

An artist, a florist, a café owner. Someone worth staying for might be just around the corner.

  2. Follow the paper trail

Ask one more question. Keep a small promise. Decide what to do with the things people leave in your care.

  3. Choose who to trust

A family with excellent manners. A town with selective memory. Your first chapter can end more than one way.

Some people make
it complicated.

Three paths to something more.
A whole town worth getting to know.

Maya, the artist

Maya

The artist

Paint on her sleeves. A joke at exactly the wrong moment. Maya notices the things you almost forgot to look for.

“I’d like to see what you notice.”
A little more about Maya

Find her sketchbook, stay for an art session, and make room for the work she isn’t quite ready to show anyone.

Aoi, the florist

Aoi

The florist

A dry sense of humor and a shop full of second chances. Aoi makes room for everyone. Asking you to stay is harder.

“Some things take their time to bloom.”
A little more about Aoi

Help at Petal & Post, walk through the park, and discover why she keeps a second chair by the window.

Ren, the café owner

Ren

The café owner

He remembers everyone’s usual and forgets his own lunch. Ren makes belonging look easy. It isn’t always.

“You don’t need a reason to take a seat.”
A little more about Ren

Share the morning rush, help after closing, and be the person who finally makes him a cup of coffee.

Let a friendship become a romance, or let it stay a friendship. Some choices deserve time.

Take the
long way home.

There’s a life here between the plot twists.
Make a good coffee. Miss the last train.
See who’s still awake.

Sunset through the sea-facing windows of Café Lucent, with empty wooden tables and warm copper lamps

Café Lucent

Learn someone’s usual. Survive the lunch rush. Stay after closing.

Old arcade machines and a pink claw machine by an open door overlooking the harbor

Starlight Arcade

A friendly rivalry. One more try.

A quiet beach at blue hour, with a lighthouse and a path through the coastal grasses

Rail Cove Beach

Collect little treasures. Watch for unlikely lights.

Your seat is still here.

The next train can wait.
There’s someone you haven’t met yet.

What’s in the alpha?

Chapter One: the café, the misplaced ledger, and first chapters with Maya, Aoi and Ren, plus three mini-games. It’s free to play in a web browser with an internet connection. As an alpha, it’s still changing, and you may find rough edges.

Will my progress be saved?

Yes. Your account keeps your choices, relationships and inventory. Sign back in to continue where you left off.

Does every friendship become a romance?

No. Maya, Aoi and Ren each have a romance path, but getting closer is your choice. The rest of the cast have friendships, rivalries and secrets of their own.

Can I chat with the characters?

Web AI chat is Coming soon. Once you’ve verified your email and chosen a character’s romance route, you can connect your own local AI agent, such as Codex, Claude Desktop or Hermes, for up to 10 messages a day. Your agent writes the replies; it can’t change your save, award items or skip story milestones.

Is there anything to buy?

Not during the alpha. Purchases are Coming soon. Hearts are earned through play and can’t be bought, and money can’t buy relationship milestones.

What’s strange about this town?

Mostly the neighbors. Sometimes a bell rings when it shouldn’t, or a light appears over the water. Bring someone along. They may see it differently.
