Open the board’s sharing controls, enter the person’s email and choose viewer or editor. Only owners can manage access.
Check the result
Copy a shared link and open it while signed out. Disable it when it should no longer work. The link also becomes unavailable if the owner’s eligible plan ends or is downgraded.
