Find your way around the workspace

Use the workspace navigation to move between canvases, the inbox, library, collections, templates, calendar, search, and shared spaces.

Follow the steps

Use Home for the return surface and Canvases for the full board list.
Use Inbox for newly captured material, Library for reusable notes/images/links/files, and Collections for lightweight grouping.
Use Templates to start from deterministic starter metadata, Calendar for reminders, Search for cross-workspace results, and Shared spaces for deliberate membership.
Use the header search field for a quick search, Add an idea to open the capture path, your avatar for Settings, and the lower sidebar links for Trash or Sign out.

The global search field submits to /app/search. The page search separates matching canvases from matching library items.
The sidebar highlights the current route and keeps Settings, Trash, and Sign out away from the primary content navigation.
A signed-out workspace route shows a sign-in action that preserves the requested path.

If a page asks you to sign in, the workspace session is unavailable or expired. Sign in and return to the requested route.
If a search field appears to do nothing while typing, submit the form or press Enter to run the page query.
If you expected an item in a board, check Library or Inbox first; capture and spatial placement are separate steps.
